Yeah, I mean, i’d say you can trust them. Everything went fine for me, no issues or anything like that, so yeah, smooth experience overall.

I emailed shoplerose about my order and got a reply the same day, or maybe later that evening, I kind of lost track. It wasn’t instant, but it was still quick and the response was helpful enough. I’d probably give it 4 stars for response time

"Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised"
I ordered from Le Rose Shop kind of on a whim, and I was expecting the shipping to be way more. But nope, it wasn’t expensive at all, which was such a nice surprise at checkout. I love when the total doesn’t suddenly jump up. Happy with the experience!

"Decent, but not sure it was worth the price"
I ordered from shoplerose once, it was fine overall. The product was nice enough and there wasn’t anything seriously wrong with it, but for the price, I guess I expected a little more. Maybe I’m just feeling mentally drained lately and didn’t have the patience to be overly impressed, but it didn’t really feel like the value was fully there for me. Not bad, just probably not something I’d rush to buy again.

I’ve ordered from shoplerose twice now, both orders were totally fine. The items looked like the pictures, and the fit was pretty much what I expected, so I don’t really have any complaints there. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it also wasn’t unreasonable, so I’m not sure why people would expect it to show up overnight. I’d order again for sure — I just wish they sent a few more updates after you place the order.

"Not as bright as I expected"
I thought it looked a lot brighter in the online photos, so there was a bit of a gap between what I expected and what showed up. That said, it still looks decent in person and I’m okay with it overall.

"Refund was way quicker than I expected"
I had to return one item and, to be honest, I was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle. But once it got back to them, they refunded me in about 2 days. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any awkward back-and-forth, which gave me a good impression. Overall, it felt simple and handled well.

I ordered from shoplerose.com and ended up needing to return one item. The return process did go through, so I can’t say it was a total hassle, but the replies took longer than I expected and the refund wasn’t exactly quick either. It kind of felt like my issue wasn’t a priority, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, but I do think the whole process could be smoother and a little more customer-friendly.

I ordered from Le Rose Shop when I was kind of in a rush, so I was really hoping there wouldn’t be any issues. Luckily, everything went smoothly. They sent the tracking link quickly, and the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would. Nothing was missing or damaged, which was a relief. Overall, it was hassle-free and I’d definitely order again.

"Easy to Find What I Needed"
I ended up checking Le Rose Shop after a few other sites were out of the things I wanted, and it was actually helpful. Most of the items were available, and the sizes and colors were easy to see, so I wasn’t stuck guessing what was in stock. Simple, useful, and I was happy with the options.

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I wasn’t really keeping close track of the delivery updates. They weren’t perfect anyway, but the order ended up arriving about 3 days earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Packaging was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here.

I grabbed a couple things from shoplerose during a sale, and at first the discounts looked good. I did end up saving some money, but a few items still felt kinda pricey even with the sale going on. Overall, it’s not bad if you catch a good deal, but I’d definitely compare prices first before buying.
